WhatsApp has added two new features under the call log section, such as voice mail and call back to the users of Android OS. The update has not yet reached the Google Play store, but they are available in the latest WhatsApp beta version 2.16.189.

These features will pop up when a user fails to attend a WhatsApp call. It is not necessary for the receiver to have the particular version of the application.

The call back feature lets the users to call the other person, while the voice mail feature shows up as a regular voice message to the receiver. To record a voice mail, one has to simply tap and hold on the icon. Both the options are easily accessible as they are on the same screen.

One who wish to enjoy these features, can manually download and install the app’s apk file from APKMirror website. It has not yet reached the Google Play or company’s own page.

Recently, WhatsApp has unveiled a feature to let users to type in a new font which seems like Fixedsys in Windows. It is the only font option available to users. It is available to both iOS and Android users. It can’t be combined with bold and italics.
