Vivo, Chinese smartphone producer has come out with a new 4G Smartphone under its Y series called “Vivo Y 55 L” in India. This smartphone is officially announced in company’s website and also spotted on TENNA (Chinese Certification and Regulatory Authority). It comes dipped in Gold and Grey color variants and carries a price tag of Rs. 11,980. Device is available via offline stores across the country starting this October 15th onwards. High spot of this all metal uni-body handset is its Smart Flip 2.0 Feature’ that lets users to use 2 apps simultaneously and ‘Eye Protection Mode’- prevents eye strain by reducing blue light for a comfortable screen brightness.

During the launch event, CEO of Vivo India, Kent Cheng, said, “India is a very important market for us because of the maximum smartphone penetration. We want to cater to every price point with our innovative products. And, through Y 55 L we want to tap the users who are looking for a smartphone not just for great looks, but also for desired results with its overall package.”
