Vivo has started sending out invites for its new arrival namely the Vivo V5s in India. This smartphone is a successor of Vivo V5 and is expected to be launched on 27th of this month in India. According to reports it is rumored to sport a 20 MP Front Camera and will be a Selfie Centric Smartphone as its predecessor. It is believed that it looks almost similar in design as Vivo V5 with little beefed specifications. Except for black shiny metal body frame other details specifications are not yet spelled out.
To recall, Vivo V5 sports a 5.5-inch (1920*1080 p) HD display with 2.5 D Curved Glass Protection and comes with 4 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM Storage Space expandable up to 128 GB via Micro SD Card Slot. It is powered by 1.5 GHz Octa-Core Mediatek MT6750 64-bit Processor with Mali T 860 GPU and runs on Android Marshmallows 6.0 OS with Funtouch OS 2.6 on top of it. On the camera front it has a 13-MP Rear Camera with PDAF and LED Flash and 20 MP Front Camera with Moon Light Flash. It also has a Finger Print Sensor with water resistant proof embedded on its home button and gets its power from 3000 mAh Battery. For a better audio performance, it has custom AK4376 Hi-Fi Audio Chip.
Vivo V5 offers Dual Hybrid SIM Slot and in terms of connectivity supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 V, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio and Micro-USB 2.0. Sensors lodged are Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, E-Compass and Split Screen Multitasking. It measures 7.5 mm Thick and weighs 155 Grams.
