Chinese Smartphone firm is ready to publicize a new set of smartphones under its V Series entitled as V 5 and V 5 Plus in India on November 15th. The launch event is planned at Mumbai tomorrow. Vivo has sent out media invites which holds this tag “Selfie Evolution” and the leaked images confirmed it. Vivo V 5 and V 5 plus are successors to Vivo V3 and V 3 Max launched earlier this year. These new handsets come dipped in Rose Gold and Gold color options and holds a 20 MP Centric Selfie Camera with Moon Light Flash. Both smartphone flaunts a metal uni-body design and is expected to be priced around Rs. 20,000 and  Rs 25, 000 respectively.

Here come the key specs of VIVO V 5:

• 5.5-inch (720*1280 p) resolution Full HD Display with 2.5 D curved front glass, 16 M colors and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Protection

• 1.8 GHz Octa-core 64-Bit Snapdragon 652 Processor coupled with 4 GB of RAM

• Adreno 510 GPU

• 32 GB internal memory extended up to 128 GB via Micro SD Card

• Runs Android OS v 6.0.1 Marshmallows based on company’s Fun touch OS 2.5

• 13 MP primary camera with PDAF, Auto Focus and LED Flash

• 20 MP front facing selfie shooter with Moon Flash Light

• Measures 7.55 mm thick and weighs 154 grams

• Vivo’s AK 4376 Hi-Fi chip makes listening to music an art form

• Finger Print Sensor is embedded on the home button

• Backed up with 3000 mAh Li-ion battery

• Dual SIM supports 4G Volte

• Sensors logged are Gyroscope, Proximity, Light, Compass and Accelerometer

• Connectivity support like 3G, 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM radio, GPS, A-GPS, BDS, GLONASS, Micro USB V2.0, USB OTG and 3.5 mm audio jack

• Vivo V 5 Plus shows similar specs expect for its larger display and battery size. Official details not yet spelled out. Expected to be known sooner.
