Swipe Technologies, has added another 4G Volte enabled smartphone to its portfolio named Swipe Elite 3. This smartphone is the successor of Swipe Elite 2 launched earlier. it carries a price tag of Rs. 5,499 and is will be going on sale via Flipkart Online Retailer from February 21st onwards. Device comes dipped in Space Grey and Champagne Gold color option. Elite 3 comes with pre-installed apps like Opera Mini Browser and shows support for 12 regional languages.

Speaking about the launch, Founder and CEO of Swipe Technologies, Shripal Gandhi, said, “India might be the world’s fastest growing smartphone market but one of the biggest problems that many users face is that the user interface of most smartphones is English. Google says that Hindi content consumption, for instance, has increased five times when compared to English content in India, and even local language search queries have increased 10 times over the last 18 months alone. Taking cue from these trends, Swipe has developed a powerful smartphone dubbed ‘Swipe Elite 3’ a handset, that is sleek, superfast, functional, caters to regional needs and affordable too.”

Here come the key specs of Swipe Elite 3:

It sports a 5-inch (720*1280 p) HD IPS Display with 294 PPi and 16 M colors. Device is powered by 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Spreadtrum SC 9832 CPU coupled with 2 GB RAM and Mali 400 GPU. The storage space 16 GB can be extended up to 32GB via Micro SD Card Slot. This handset runs Android Marshmallows 6.0 OS out of the box with Indus OS on top of it and is backed up with its 2500 mAh removable battery. On the camera front it shoots its pictures with 8 MP Rear Camera with Autofocus and LED Flash and 5 MP Front Camera for Selfies and Video Calls. Dual-SIM Smartphone in terms of network offers 3G, 4G LTE, 4G Volte, FM Radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0 V, GPS, A-GPS, GPRS, EDGE, 3.5 mm Audio Jack, USB-OTG and Micro-USB 2.0. It weighs 172.5 grams and measures 9.1 mm thick and sensors lodged are Ambient Light Sensor, Accelerometer and Proximity.
