American Technology Firm Eastern Kodak together with Bullitt Group has come out with its 2nd Android Handset dubbed as Kodak Ektra. A unique hybrid of photography innovation and DLSR Functionality, Kodak Ektra, combines timeless Kodak simplicity with the freedom to capture, shape and share every moment. It puts in the moment creative control at your fingertips. It will be available in Europe for €499 and £449 (Approx. Rs. 36,600) from December month onwards. No words are spelled out yet regarding global availability.

Commenting on the launch, Jeff Clarke, Kodak Chief Executive, said, “Kodak has a rich history in imaging technology and the launch of the KODAK Smartphone today demonstrates our ongoing commitment to bringing the latest advances in photography to consumers. The original KODAK EKTRA Camera was launched in 1941 and in its latest reincarnation, opens up a world of creative opportunities to all who care about photography.”
